If your claim is approved, we’ll pay it in less than 72 hours. Otherwise, your Member Care Representative will reach out about next steps.
With the Brella app you can file a claim from anywhere— as soon as you’re diagnosed with a covered condition. Once you have registered on the member portal, download the app and access your coverage anytime.

If you disagree with a claims decision, you may submit an appeal in writing. Reference the instructions on your claims notic.
